~Baseball~

Another season of baseball has ended and I have been totally going through withdrawals. That is probably why it has taken me so long to post this... That and I am disappointed we didn't get any great pics this year. Brevan played awesome and it was a fun season!

What a day....

Yesterday was a pretty rough day for Brev. In the morning he had two warts treated on his hand and elbow, and in the afternoon he had a couple braces put on his teeth. As you can see in the pic below, his mouth is a mess! When all is said and done he will have a beautiful smile. :) Oh, the silver crowns you see on are to keep him from damaging his teeth when he grinds at night. He has had those on forever.

Sloane Is TWO!!!

Our sweet Sissy is two! Today she had her well check up and in a wet diaper, with a big bow on her head, and a ball in her hand she weighed 20 lbs 3 oz!! I am super excited to finally reach the 20 pound mark. The new Dr. we saw wasn't overly concerned with her itty bittiness because she has stayed on a her own growing curve. She is also 20% for head and length.

LOL MOMENT!

A couple weeks ago Brevan brought home a book order from school. He really wanted the new Guinness Book of World Records so he chose to buy it with the $10 birthday money his Great Grandma Randall gave him. Not a day went by he didn’t ask “Mom, do you think my book will come today?” Well yesterday it finally came! Once he was home from school he was so excited to show Brandon his new book, he even shared it with the neighbor boy Isaac(sorry Kim). So the two little boys were checking it out in the front yard and Brandon heard them giggling. He questioned what was so funny and Brev said “Brandon come check this out…. They are like the size of watermelons!” GASP! What could he be looking at you wonder? The world’s LARGEST augmented breast!! The worst part about this story is Brandon called and filled me in on this and failed to mention she had a dress on, so for whatever reason I assumed she was naked! I was FREAKING out, going to call the school, and wondering what damage control I needed to do with the neighbors and if we needed to move!!! Here is the lovely record holder herself….. Unbelievable. Thanks Midas Creek Elementary.

I'm confused...and sad :(

When we got home today our yard was a mess! Bark everywhere and HAIL! Isn't it June? Crazy Utah weather.

Brandon warned me that my hosta looked like someone shot it. :(

My poor poppy. It just bloomed this morning.

~Happy Zoo Day~

I love the zoo. I always think I need to go by myself so I can really enjoy it. This year we celebrated Sloane and Brevan's birthday at the zoo with Brandon's family. It was really nice to spend the day with them and everyone had a great time!

Here we are waiting for the bird show which was definitely one of the highlights of the day!

The monkeys and bears were so great to watch because they were super playful. I love the bottom of the bears feet.

Little Man's Bday

For Brevan's birthday, his Dad and I take turns throwing a party, and so this year his Dad gave him a super fun bowling party. Brev is a super competitive kid... His birthday party was a success because he had the best score. :)

Since we didn't have a party for him, Brandon and I let Brev pick where he wanted to eat his birthday dinner and he chose the Mayan. I have heard they changed the menu again and it is supposedly better but, we would have to disagree. Either way we had a great time.
